LOTUS Interns
LOTUS Intern Program
Hands on experience in a warm, nurturing environment for teens and young adults interested in arts education or production.
LOTUS interns are an important part of our team during classes, camps, and productions. They are given hands on experience and opportunities in the areas of choreography, musical direction, direction, visual art instruction, and theatrical production/design depending on their interests.
Program Information
The LOTUS Intern Program is primarily for (rising) 9th and (rising) 10th graders.
It is designed for teens interested in working with children (primarily K - 5th graders) in the area of arts education and production.

The program is designed to give teens the opportunity to work HANDS-ON with younger artists in a warm, safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment. Interns work side by side with highly trained and experienced artistic/production staff.
The actual responsibilities of a LOTUS Intern vary depending on the intern's skill and experience level, but LOTUS interns may have the opportunity to lead activities/games, choreograph, musical direct, direct, plan and implement visual art projects, assist with design work, and more.
