In order to audition everyone MUST fill out this form! If you are interested in ensemble only, please do not fill out this form - you will attend an ensemble placement audition in August.

Conflicts: Rehearsals take place on Sundays from 1-7 PM (not the whole time!). Please list any Sunday conflicts between August 30th and November 8th.

If you have a conflict with the time slot for your age group, please email susan@thelotusprojectnc.com so we can arrange for you to come at a different time that evening! We would much rather you come in person at the wrong time than send a video!
